Fabel History

Lori an Lisa The idea of Fabel Headwear LLC started when Lisa Anderson and Lori Meyer, twin sisters, were about 16 years old. They had a dream to have a business that they could build together and incorporate their love for the outdoors. Now 18 years later, they are making it happen!

Lori Meyer graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle and began a career as an outdoor designer in the corporate world. In 2000 she began a design consulting agency to continue her success in designing for the outdoor industry. Her bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix has enabled her to pursue many avenues to add to the assets of Fabel, including international business.

Lisa Anderson graduated from WSU in 1995 and went on to earn a masters degree in computer technology. She has spent the last 12 years teaching students of all ages including college students at the Art Institute of Seattle. Along with teaching, during summers and part-time she has worked with her sister in the design industry and co-owned L2 Creative Group.

Lisa & Lori are both married with 5 kids combined. They live just a mile from each other; their husbands run a real estate investing firm together. They all have grown up in the Northwest and enjoy the many opportunities it has to offer.
